Andrew Speed joined Ridley as National Sales & Marketing Manager for Cheetham Salt in July 2007, and was appointed General Manager Cheetham Salt in June 2008. Prior to joining Cheetham Salt, Andrew worked for Orica Limited in a range of National Sales and Product Management roles. Andrew has extensive experience in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care and industrial sectors.

Peter Weaver joined the Ridley Group in January 2007 as the General Manager Operations; Cheetham Salt. Peter was then appointed to the Chief Operating Officer for Ridley AgriProducts in May 2008 and in March 2010, Peter was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer for Ridley AgriProducts. Prior to working for Ridley, Peter was the Operations Manager at ABB Grain and has an extensive background in operations, commodity trading and supply chain activities.

Russell joined Ridley in 1996 and was appointed General Manager Corporate Development in January 2009. His other roles within Ridley have included Business Manager Southern Australia and National Sales & Marketing Manager. He has an extensive background in the Australian Stockfeed and agricultural sectors, having previously worked for Goodman Fielder, Allied Mills and KMM.

Anne-Marie joined the Ridley Group in 2006 as the Global Risk Manager and was appointed Group General Manager Commercial in May 2009. Prior to joining the Ridley Group Anne-Marie worked in the energy industry across the retail, distribution and generation sectors in a range of risk management and commercial roles. She has extensive experience in all aspects of strategic and business risk management, change management and commercial activities.
