<p>We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Mill Production Operator to join our team in Toowoomba.</p>

<p><strong>The key responsibilities for this position include:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>General Process work- meeting daily production and quality targets</li>

<li>Maintaining a daily focus on health and safety</li>

<li>Following all work instructions, policies and procedures</li>

<li>Manual handling and operation of machinery</li>

<li>Forklift Driving</li>

<li>Unloading and loading trucks</li>

<li>General cleaning of the workplace  </li>

</ul>

<p><strong>The key requirements of this role include:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.</li>

<li>Be able to work shift work and overtime</li>

<li>Have good communication skills</li>

<li>Physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks</li>

<li>Be able to work in a team environment to meet all targets</li>

<li>Be reliable and motivated</li>

<li>Sound computing skills. Able to work in Office and AX programs.</li>

<li>Current Driver's Licence</li>

<li>Current Forklift Licence</li>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>

<p>Working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful applicant will be task-orientated and have demonstrated abilities to handle high volume daily order entry, manage inbound calls, focus on managing a regional portfolio and achieving KPIs. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as our Sales Managers, in-house Technical experts and Customers will be crucial in delivering superior results to the business.</p>

<p><strong>You will have</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>An Agricultural Science degree (advantageous) or a demonstrated passion for agribusiness</li>

<li>Previous customer service experience (ideally within a contact centre environment)</li>

<li>Sound computer skills in MS Office combined with the ability to learn in-house systems</li>

<li>Results-driven and desire to contribute to Ridley's success</li>

<li>Passionate about delivering quality work coupled with a great customer service ethic</li>

<li>Excellent organizational ability and multi-tasking and advanced time management skills</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>

<li>Certificate III/IV in Customer Contact or equivalent would be highly regarded</li>

<li>Experience in either grain, food, pet care and manufacturing industries is desirable</li>
