Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Shareholders of Ridley Corporation Limited (Ridley) may be able to participate in the Ridley Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) from time to time. The DRP is not currently active in relation to payment of the FY21 full year dividend. Shareholders will be notified if Ridley decides that the DRP will apply to any future dividends.
